We will assist you with closing your old merchant account. CSBANK will negotiate a lower early-termination fee with your previous processor, if applicable, for qualifying merchants. We assist with owner and employee training, setup, and installation. Your Concierge and the CSBANK Customer Support team will assist with any day-to-day complications, technical support, and delegation.
